I had the honor of working with the C family again—this time to capture a sweet family reunion with their extended family! :) It was so special meeting everyone and documenting a session that included grandparents and siblings. We met at Umstead Park in Cary, and it turned out to be an unusually warm day for December, with temperatures reaching 70 degrees! Everyone was such a joy to photograph, and the kids were especially happy and full of smiles, making the session feel effortless and fun! I had such a blast working with the G family over Thanksgiving weekend! They were such a cheerful group, and it was so sweet that both sides of the family were able to gather for the holiday. I thought one of the most memorable parts of the shoot was seeing how much the grandparents could get the kiddos to laugh (the youngest grandchild loved being tossed in the air!). It was also sweet to see how much the kids love their uncle, too, and the joy on everyone’s faces just to be together :) See more of my favorite moments below!

50 years of marriage is truly a remarkable milestone! I had the honor of capturing family photos for the W family recently in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. We captured photos at the beautiful Wild Dunes Resort, which is located near Charleston, SC. Even through the heat, humidity, and sweat, they were AMAZING and such a joyful family! We started off with pictures of the whole group, then did a variety of family combinations and portraits of the beautiful couple. It was so beautiful to see their love still going strong, and to capture these precious memories! I also loved how many grandchildren they had—7 girls and 2 boys :) Enjoy seeing some of my favorite highlights below!
