There’s something special about having extended family together—and Jack’s surprise 70th birthday celebration was the perfect reason to gather everyone in one place! His daughter, Samantha, reached out to me because they were planning a surprise party for her dad’s birthday in Durham, NC, and she wanted to take advantage of the occasion to capture updated family photos while everyone was together. With family and friends gathered from all over to celebrate such an important milestone, it was a wonderful opportunity to document this precious moment in time! I truly had SO much fun capturing this special occasion, and it was clear how loved Jack was by his family and friends.
