I had such a wonderful time working with the J family recently, and we captured their fall photos at Pullen Park! I learned they just moved to the Triangle area this summer, and wanted to capture the beauty of the season and this special moment in their lives. One thing that I loved was their easy-going nature, and seeing how much their son loved being tossed in the air! I also loved how they included their dog, Geema, in the session! His name comes from the Chinese word, “zhī-ma,” which means sesame (they thought he looked kind of like black sesame, hence the name!). I had such a wonderful time capturing newborn photos for the W family recently! :) They welcomed a beautiful baby girl a few weeks ago, and there were so many sweet and tender moments. When I arrived, their son showed me his blue toy camera and it was so cute! We then photographed some sweet family photos in their living room, which had absolutely GORGEOUS natural light. We then did photos in the bedroom, and one of my favorite moments was when their son kissed his baby sister’s feet! I had a blast working with the C family recently! They were such a sweet and easy-going family, and we captured their photos at the beautiful American Tobacco Campus in the morning. One of my favorite parts of the shoot was capturing their daughter sticking her tongue out—they told me that’s one of her favorite things to do, and it was so adorable every time she did it!
