I had SO much fun capturing Baby C’s 6-month milestone photos this spring with the G family again! We captured their photos at the gorgeous NCMA in Raleigh. Baby C was very smiley and happy during the shoot, and gave us the sweetest smiles! :) I also loved capturing photos of their older daughter playing and interacting with her baby sister. I had the honor of capturing senior photos for Sydney, a recent college grad from Duke University! We clicked right away and I truly had SO much fun working with her. She was incredibly down-to-earth and friendly, and wanted to capture the joy and happiness of graduating. I also learned she was a first-gen student, and capturing this moment in time was incredibly special to her and her family. I felt so honored to be able to document this significant accomplishment for her! I was also excited to learn that she’ll be working in Seattle starting this summer (that’s my hometown!). Congratulations again, Sydney! You have such a bright future ahead of you and I know you are going to do amazing things!

I had a blast working with the C family again this spring! I’ve worked with this sweet family for many years now, and it is a joy working with them every time! We captured their spring family photos at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham, which is one of my favorite spots. During the shoot, I remember how much their kids LOVED to run, so I decided to work with it. I aimed to capture more movement and action, so we did a lot of running and swinging. Their son also loves to play soccer, which allowed us to capture some awesome action shots!
