I had the honor of photographing Michael and Delaney’s wedding a few weeks ago, and it was such a sweet and intimate ceremony! They rented out an Airbnb and had family come in the day before to relax and hang out. They also organized the ceremony in the backyard (which was such an awesome idea!), and I loved how relaxing everything was! I remember the weather was chilly and cloudy that day, but it helped create some nice, soft lighting for the ceremony and portraits. I also loved how they were ready with some cozy blankets and quilts for the guests! One of the things I enjoyed most about working with Michael and Delaney was how easy-going and down-to-earth they were. The portraits we took after the wedding was so fun and I loved capturing their joy, silliness, and connection with one another! I had the honor of working with the Greiner family again, and we had SO much fun capturing their family photos! The weather was absolutely pleasant that day—we’ve been having fluctuating temperatures that week, so we lucked out on the beautiful weather! One of my favorite parts of the shoot was seeing how sweet their kids would interact with one another. Their son was so kind to his sister, and their daughter was incredibly silly and sweet! I also love the little soccer ball they brought; it had a polar bear face and was simply adorable! Most of all, I loved capturing their interactions with one another. The walking shots were AMAZING with the warm sunny glow and beautifully highlighted their love as a family. Enjoy seeing some of my favorite moments below!

I had the honor of photographing the Price family again, and I was so excited to learn that Baby #2 was on the way! We had a blast capturing family photos at the Historic Yates Mill Pond Park in Raleigh, and y’all, I think this is a new favorite place of mine! There were SO many cool backdrops at the park. We captured photos by the gorgeous waterfall, the historic mill, and the beautiful small field that looked absolutely GOLDEN at sunset!

One of my favorite parts of the shoot was photographing their adorable toddler and his budding personality! His laughter and smiles were so precious. We took a lot of walking shots while holding hands, and I love how he would turn around to look at the camera every few seconds! It was hilarious and you have to see the photos below! :)
