I had the honor of capturing some BEAUTIFUL lifestyle photos for this sweet family in Durham a few weeks ago! I remember Anne telling me that they wanted to remember this special time because their baby girl just turned ONE! :) Baby M was one of the friendliest babies I’ve met; she loved to wave her hand to say “hi!” and would literally just walk right up to you. Another memorable part of the shoot was seeing how much she loved her stuffed octopus! We captured some adorable photos with her sitting with her beloved octopus and wearing her cute birthday crown. My favorite part is honestly just capturing their family reading, playing, and simply being together :) It’s these everyday moments that truly make life meaningful and special! I had a delightful time photographing the Garrison family a few weeks ago at North Cary Park! There were so many wonderful moments with this family, and they truly had some of the sweetest smiles! I also loved capturing the bond between the two sisters, and seeing how kind they were towards each other! The oldest daughter also LOVED flowers, and it was so precious capturing the joy on her face when she was picking flowers! :) See some of my favorite highlights below from this beautiful summer session!

I had the honor of photographing baby Emmaline again, and this time it was for her 6-month milestone session! :) One of the things I love about this milestone is the curiosity babies have for EVERYTHING as well as their desire to chew, chew, chew! Emmaline loved chewing on her Sophie giraffe teether as you can see in the photos below. She also loved doing tummy time, which is a developmental milestone I love to capture! Documenting every stage of your baby’s development is something you’ll cherish forever. Babies grow SO fast, and these are moments you’ll love to remember. Enjoy seeing some precious moments below!
