It was such a JOY to capture this special season of life for the B family! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing them since their first child was born a few years ago, and it’s been so meaningful to document their family as it continues to grow. One of my favorite parts of this lifestyle newborn session was seeing how smitten their son was with his baby sister! He absolutely loved snuggling and kissing his baby sister, and was so happy to have a sibling! :)

We also captured cozy newborn photos throughout their home, including their bedroom, nursery, and living room. The soft natural light was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and created such a warm, relaxed feel for the session. I also loved all the thoughtful details in the nursery, especially a stunning mirror adorned with gold metallic butterflies! I used it to help frame Veronica and Baby S in the center, and it quickly became one of my favorite images from the entire session :)

I had a wonderful start to the new year by capturing newborn photos for the G family! It was such a joy to work with them again, and documenting their beautiful growing family. They welcomed their third baby girl during December, and she was absolutely precious! Her two older sisters adored Baby E, and had so much love for her :) We captured a variety of lifestyle newborn photos including the whole family, story time, solo pics of baby, mom and baby, dad and baby, and a sweet sibling photo at the end! I had the wonderful honor of photographing the G family recently, and their little girl was also named Genevieve! This was the first time I’ve had a session with someone who shared the same name as me and it was so special :)

We had a blast capturing baby G’s one year milestone, and I had so much fun capturing the whole family interacting and playing with one another. One of my favorite parts of the shoot was seeing how much baby G LOVED sitting in the small corner next to the couch, and playing peek-a-boo with mom and dad! It truly was the cutest thing. We also a lot of fun outside, and I loved watching her explore the outdoors. She also loved pinwheels, and it was so fun to capture her fascination with them!
