I'm so excited to share with ya'll these adorable photos of the Jimenez family!! Our friend Cylie (pronounced as kai-lee in case you're wondering!) was one of the first people we met at church, and was so warm and welcoming! I was honored when she asked me to document family photos of them in their beautiful new home.

Most of the images were captured in the bedroom, and the lighting was perfect! Baby Elliana was amazing and kept curiously looking at my camera when we started - it was so cute! Her big brother Eliasyn was super sweet and silly, and has such a charming little smile!! Take a look yourself :)

What made everything more special was the connection they had with each other - I believe that is what makes a photo beautiful and meaningful. As a family photographer, I'm always thinking how to highlight your story as a family. I love documenting the connection and emotion, and every smile and every giggle is beautiful and worth capturing. Documenting these fleeting moments are worth everything. Enjoy!

I had such an amazing time taking family portraits and candid shots for the Triangle Area Parenting Support (TAPS) fundraiser! The event was held on a beautiful farm in Chatham County, and children had the opportunity to pet and ride Belle, the sweetest mare. Oh, and did I mention there were also over 30 chickens? Both Belle and the chickens were a hit with the kids (and parents, too!). Below are a few of my favorite candid shots from the day!

Also, the funds we were raising was going towards TAPS, which is a wonderful nonprofit that offers peer support for new parents in the Raleigh-Durham area. With every new transition in life, there's nothing more powerful, encouraging, and supportive when you're in community, especially with others who are in the same season of life as you! I highly encourage ya'll to check them out!

Ready for some CUTE baby photos?! :) Today we are featuring baby Aiden and his 100th Day Birthday! In Korean culture, the 100th day after a child’s birth is a significant milestone, and I had the honor to take photos of this special time. We started the session by taking some photos of him sleeping/waking-up, and then being carried by his mom and dad. Next we had the grandparents hold him, and he got incredibly excited when his grandma picked him up! It was a priceless moment :) Scroll below to see the sweet giggles they had together!
