I had a wonderful time capturing lifestyle family photos for the R family again at the NC Museum of Art in Raleigh! This location is one of my favorite spots for family photography, thanks to its endless variety of scenic backdrops throughout the park.

We began our session near the Mirror Labyrinth, where we captured some playful and candid moments of their son searching for his mom and dad amongst the mirrors. We then headed toward the museum and saw a HAWK perched on top of the silver tree!! For the second half of the session, we explored the open fields and photographed some sweet family moments near the famous rings. The Bubble Man also happened to be there that evening, and their son absolutely LOVED chasing, popping, and punching the bubbles! :)

I had such a wonderful time capturing fall photos for the Cheely family again! We documented these sweet memories at their home and had SO much fun laughing, dancing, and playing with BUBBLES! :) This dad was an AMAZING bubble blower and seriously was a master at creating some epic-sized bubbles. One of my favorite moments from this shoot was capturing their older daughter popping one of the bubbles with her face—her joyful expression was priceless! I truly believe having fun during your photo shoot is key to getting AWESOME pictures. It’s important for kids AND parents to have fun because you truly will elicit more genuine smiles and laughs! :) Enjoy some of my favorite highlights from this beautiful family session below!
