Over 4th of July weekend, I had the honor of capturing a beautiful 40th wedding anniversary and vow renewal at Lake Gaston! I learned that Vicki and Glen eloped 40 years ago, and didn’t have a formal/traditional wedding. After going through the ups and downs of life, they wanted to celebrate their love by renewing their vows—this time surrounded by their 4 children and 2 grandchildren! :) It was such a sweet and special day, and I’m SO honored to have captured it! I had such a wonderful time capturing lifestyle photos of the A family this summer! They welcomed their second child a few months earlier, and one of the most memorable parts of this shoot was seeing how sweet their son was with his baby sister :) He wanted to help hold her and also did an AMAZING job bottle feeding her!

We also captured some beautiful lifestyle photos in their bedroom, living room, and outside on their front porch. They were so cheerful and sweet, and it truly was an honor to help capture this wonderful time for them. See more precious moments below!

I had a blast working with the S family again as they welcomed their second baby girl! :) We started the shoot capturing some beautiful lifestyle photos in their master bedroom, and the lighting was absolutely gorgeous. When we did Baby M’s solo portraits, it was adorable seeing her wide awake and alert for the photos! She did some amazing poses and looked straight at the camera, too. Their orange cat also surprisingly jumped in for a few family photos, and we also had a chance to capture some sweet photos with her older sister!
