I had the honor of working with the Yao family again and capturing their daughter’s one-year milestone! Baby A was so adorable and smiley during the session, and seriously the fastest baby I’ve met! :) One of my favorite parts of the shoot was seeing her walk with SO much confidence and steadiness, and seeing her giggle when being tossed in the air. Oh what fun it is to be one! I had such a great time working with this outdoor-loving family and capturing Baby B’s one-year milestone! We captured these photos at Umstead Park, which is truly the perfect location if you love nature. During the shoot, we captured so many great moments around the beautiful trails as well as the gorgeous lake at sunset! Baby B did an AMAZING job and was such a happy boy. I thought it was so adorable to see him quickly walking around and waving the sticks he found (he sure loved them!). Enjoy some of my favorite moments below!

I had such a fantastic time working with this sweet family again and capturing Baby A’s one-year milestone!! We captured their photos in the morning at Forest Hills Park in Durham, and it was such a beautiful and sunny day. Baby A was seriously the sweetest and happiest baby! One of the most memorable parts of the shoot was capturing her roar like a lion—it was SO cute, funny, and endearing! We also had a great time exploring the fields (she loved to pick up sticks and flowers!) and capturing her walk and run. This stage of life is amazing in so many ways because your baby changes SO much within a few weeks. Enjoy scrolling down and seeing more cute smiles and sweet family photos!
