Fall is one of my favorite seasons because of the gorgeous colors! I had the honor of working with the T family, and I was so excited to capture their family photos at the NC Museum of Art. The location is SO beautiful and scenic, and has the perfect fall backdrop! Their daughter was almost one, and she had such a sweet and curious expression during most of the shoot—it was so funny and cute! She also had the cutest white sherpa onesie, which was perfect because it was chilly that day. We then ended the session with some beautiful mom-and-dad photos, which I always recommend doing since it’s rare to capture a nice photo of just the parents! I had a TON of fun working with the S family again! It was so delightful to capture their family photos as well as their second son’s one year milestone! Before we started the session, they showed me the photos I captured over the years, and it was so special to see their oldest son standing next to his newborn photos on the stairs :) We then proceeded with some beautiful family photos outside their house. Their kiddos gave the happiest smiles, and we also had a lot of fun playing with the leaves in their yard! We then captured a couple of indoor photos of the boys playing with their toys and trains. The shoot ended with a lovely photo with their Christmas tree (and we even got their cat in the pic!). See more highlights from this wonderful family session below!

It was a joy to work with the G family again! They hired me to photograph their second daughter’s milestones throughout her first year, and it was so sweet to capture her turning ONE! :) We captured some of the photos at Pullen Park then transitioned to the nearby Dix Park for the second part of the shoot. I loved how their older daughter was enamored with the balloon they brought (which was from their birthday party!), and she was also such a wonderful helper to her baby sister. Baby C was also SO delightful, and we captured her taking a couple of steps as well as her eating her birthday cake! See more adorable photos from this one year milestone shoot below!
