I had the honor of capturing newborn photos for the Cooper family, and it was such a sweet session! Baby R is the fourth child in the family, and the older siblings were so wonderful at handling baby sister :) One of the things I loved most about this session was capturing the silliness but also tenderness of the children! I think my favorite moments was when I was photographing dad with baby R, and the kids jumped into the shot and said “cook-a-doodle-doo!” For some reason they loved saying that, and I thought it was so cute! :) See more sweet and tender photos by scrolling down!

I had the honor of photographing the Geary family again, and we had a wonderful time capturing family photos at Umstead Park! We scheduled a morning session, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous and sunny. I had a blast capturing all of their laughter and giggles, and they truly are one of the most cheerful families I know! I had the honor of working with the Glass family again, and we had a wonderful time capturing these sweet memories at their home! They installed an AWESOME swing during the summer, and I had so much fun capturing the kids playing on it! Another memorable part of this shoot was their youngest son was totally into hugging. As we were capturing photos, I had him hug mom, dad, and sister, and I loved capturing his laughter! My other favorite moment was seeing the joy on their daughter’s face as she threw leaves in the air :) There’s nothing more fun than tossing crisp, fall leaves during this season!
